Fantasy Impact: Goedert continues to deal with a forearm injury and was listed as doubtful to play Sunday. The Eagles will turn to Albert Okwuegbunam, Jack Stoll, and Grant Calcaterra to man the tight end spot in an important matchup with the 49ers.
