Dalvin Cook a game-time decision for Week 5

ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting Vikings RB Dalvin Cook (ankle) is a game-time decision for Week 5.

Fantasy Impact: While Vikings HC Mike Zimmer is deeming him a game-time call, Schefter believes that Cook is trending toward an active designation. However, Schefter is also noting that there are no guarantees that Cook handles his normal workload, which means Alexander Mattison could be busy. Even on a limited opportunity-share, Cook should be deployed in fantasy if he is active. His matchup with the Lions is a terrific one. Detroit’s defense is allowing the second-most FPPG to enemy backs. In his career, Cook has gashed the Lions’ perennially below-average run defense. Most recently, however, Cook has scored five total touchdowns in his past three games against his division foes.
