According to Jeff Darlington of ESPN, free agent RB Dalvin Cook has been given an offer by the Miami Dolphins, but it is not one he is currently willing to accept. Darlington says Cook will wait out the market.
Fantasy Impact: Darlington said that Cook would likely sign closer to training camp which comes in late July, but he has an offer tabled. Cook will likely wait out to see if another team can offer a better contract than the Dolphins or becomes needy due to injury. NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero also said Cook received multiple offers, and his decision seems to be entirely up in the air right now with the Dolphins, Jets, Broncos and Patriots all listed as potential suitors.
