Per Jordan Raanan of ESPN, WR Darius Slayton missed Thursday practice for the Giants as he continues to deal with a hamstring injury.
Fantasy Impact: Slayton, along with fellow WR Sterling Shepard, has now missed back-to-back practices for the Giants as he deals with a hamstring injury sustained in Week 3. This absence is not a good sign for Slayton as he is trending towards being inactive come Week 4. For fantasy football purposes Slayton hasn’t been a reliable fantasy WR so far, as the most reliable option on this New York offense has been Shepard up until this point. Expect fellow WR Kenny Golladay to have high end WR 2 upside if Slayton and Shepard are both unavailable along with more opportunities for Kadarius Toney and Collin Johnson.
