Fantasy Impact: Mooney has struggled to stay consistently involved on offense for the Bears, finishing with less than 50 receiving yards in seven of his last eight games. The wideout remains behind DJ Moore and Cole Kmet in a fight for consistent targets, and will be difficult for fantasy managers to trust in a tough matchup against the Cleveland Browns in Week 15.
