Darnell Mooney was peppered with 12 targets on Thursday night against the Commanders coming down with seven catches for 68 yards. He came up just short of the end zone on the last play of the game while bobbling the catch before coming down outside of the end zone.
Fantasy Impact: The 12 targets and seven receptions were both season-high marks for Mooney. However, he still has not found the end zone for the low-scoring Bears’ offense through six games. He could be used as a potential flex play with bye weeks in full swing if you are desparate. Mooney and the Bears will face the Patriots on Monday night in Week 7.
