According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Las Vegas Raiders TE Darren Waller, who has been away from practice with a hamstring issue, has brought on Drew Rosenhaus and Robert Bailey as his agents with the intention of getting a new deal done as soon as possible.
Fantasy Impact: Waller has two top-four seasons at the TE position in the last three seasons with the Raiders. When he gets his new deal, he’s a locked-and-loaded TE1 for the season with health. And while he may have more target competition in Las Vegas this season with the emergence of WR Hunter Renfrow and the arrival of WR Davante Adams, the number of high-value targets will likely increase. Waller is currently going on average as the PPR TE5.
