David Johnson: Texans want to retain veteran RB

Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports the Texans would like to retain RB David Johnson, if possible.

Fantasy Impact: Johnson has a cap hit of $8.512 million and it sounds like Houston wants to lower that number. The Texans already released Duke Johnson earlier today in order to save $5 million in cap space for 2021. David Johnson would seemingly be in line for a big workload if he remains in Houston, but there’s still a lot of the offseason left for things to change.
