David Montgomery had 14 carries for 79 yards against the Jets. He added three catches for 34 yards on four targets in the 31-10 loss.
Fantasy Impact: With Khalil Herbert still out, Montgomery got the majority of the carries for a Bears’ offense that was also without Justin Fields. He had a strong game averaging 5.6 YPC but was unable to find the end zone with the overall struggles of the offense to move the ball. Montgomery should be in fantasy lineups next week against the Packers who he piled up 122 rushing yards against in their previous meeting this season.
