Veteran returner DeAndre Carter has agreed to terms with the Chargers.

Fantasy Impact: The 29-year-old return specialist will be in his fifth NFL season. In 60 career games, he has returned 79 punts for 723 yards and 81 kickoff returns for 1,887 yards and one touchdown.
