Fantasy Impact: Carter paced the Chargers’ wide receivers with 73 yards, doing most of his damage on a 33-yard touchdown in the second quarter. Despite the solid numbers on Sunday, it’s hard to trust Carter in redraft leagues, but he makes for a great option in DFS formats, particularly with Mike Williams sidelined.
