Fantasy Impact: Carter fell back down on the depth chart with the return of Keenan Allen and Mike Williams, and he wasn’t very involved in Sunday’s loss. He caught just three passes, and unless another Chargers receiver is set to miss time, he likely won’t have much fantasy value moving forward.
