Seahawks WR Dee Eskridge (hamstring) is getting closer to returning to practice, according to head coach Pete Carrol.
Fantasy Impact: Eskridge has missed much of camp with a hamstring injury, and while it’s still unclear exactly when he’ll be back, it sounds like it will be sooner rather than later. He might not play in the preseason opener for the Seahawks, but he shouldn’t miss any games after that. Eskridge will fight for the WR3 spot when he’s healthy, but with either Geno Smith or Drew Lock at the helm, that spot doesn’t project to have much fantasy value.
