Deebo Samuel (ribs, knee) will play at “less than 100 percent” when the 49ers face the Cowboys on Sunday night.

Fantasy Impact: Samuel was nearly absent in Week 4, failing to log a target. Even if he gets more involved this coming Sunday, he’ll be playing at less than full strength. This isn’t great news for a receiver whose production has already been limited by the stellar play of Christian McCaffrey and Brandon Aiyuk. Samuel should be viewed as a fantasy WR3 this week.
