Demario Douglas (concussion) was a non-participant in Las Vegas’ practice on Thursday.

Fantasy Impact: The rookie did not practice on Thursday because of a concussion that he recently suffered. There were conflicting reports about whether or not he practiced on Wednesday, but it appears that he didn’t and is trending towards missing Sunday’s game against the Raiders. If that’s the case, Tyquan Thornton (shoulder) and DeVante Parker could both get more work in his absence.
