Fantasy Impact: Felton caught a ball on Cleveland’s first drive and added his final catch in the second quarter. He was not heard from after halftime. The rookie running back is explosive but he isn’t seeing enough touches to be trustworthy in fantasy. Cleveland faces the Chargers in Week 5.
