Fantasy Impact: The speedy receiver had career year in 2021, recording career-highs in targets, receptions, receiving yards and touchdowns. Unfortunately, even with Michael Thomas, Jarvis Landry and Chris Olave out Harty failed to see a target for the second consecutive week and struggled on kick returns. He can be left on waivers.
