Derek Carr clears concussion protocol, to start in Week 14

Derek Carr has cleared concussion protocol and will start on Sunday against the Panthers.

Fantasy Impact: Carr dealt with two or three different injuries this week after he was knocked out of the game early last Sunday, but he was able to recover in time to not miss any games. Carr can likely be left on the waiver wire in most leagues, especially with the rest of the Saints offense banged up as well.
