Saints QB Derek Carr is headed to the locker room after taking a big hit and suffering an apparent injury.

Fantasy Impact: Carr appeared to had hurt his right arm as he was not moving it when heading to the locker room. Jameis Winston will take over at quarterback and could be asked to play the remainder of the game.
