Derek Carr (shoulder) is participating at New Orleans’ practice on Friday and is officially questionable for Week 4 against the Buccaneers.

Fantasy Impact: Carr hasn’t been able to practice so far this week while nursing a shoulder injury that he suffered in Week 3, but he returned on Friday and was able to practice. He’s officially questionable for Week 4, and the team will evaluate him on Saturday to determine if he will be well enough to play on Sunday. If he isn’t, Jameis Winston will be the next man up for the Saints in Week 4.
