Derrick Henry was bottled up on the ground in Week 12, rushing 17 times for just 38 rushing yards while also hauling in all three targets for 79 receiving yards in the Titans’ 20-16 Week 12 loss to the Bengals.
Fantasy Impact: Henry’s quiet day on the ground would have been more tolerable for fantasy owners if the stud running back did not fumble on a sure 75-yard scoring play, eventually being recovered in the end zone by wideout Treylon Burks. The bellcow has struggled to find much running room of late, averaging 3.1 yards per carry or less in each of the last three weeks for a Tennessee offense that relies on a strong running game to open up the play-action pass. Ahead is a tough Week 13 matchup against a stout Philadelphia Eagles defense, although fantasy owners are still starting Henry with volume-based RB1 expectations
