Devin Singletary rushed for just 18 yards on six carries but caught 6 of 7 targets for 54 yards in Sunday’s 24-21 loss to the Jaguars.
Fantasy Impact: With Dameon Pierce returning to share carries in the backfield and the Texans’ offense going heavily to the air, Singletary’s rushing totals came crashing back down to Earth in Week 12. The fifth-year pro had eclipsed 100 yards in each of the previous two games, gaining a combined 262 yards and two touchdowns on 52 carries. Fortunately for fantasy managers relying on Singletary, he turned in his best receiving day of the season by far. With Pierce back, Singletary is best viewed as an RB3/Flex option moving forward.
