According to Joe Person of The Athletic, WR DJ Chark Jr. missed the Carolina Panther’s practice Wednesday for what’s believed to be a minor hamstring injury.
Fantasy Impact: Chark signed with Carolina in March after spending last season in Detroit where he had 502 yards and three touchdowns. Chark has had a recent history of injury, playing just 28 games over his last three seasons. Back in 2019, though, Chark was a Pro Bowl WR for the Jacksonville Jaguars, totaling 1,008 yards and eight TDs. Hope is that the 26-year-old wideout will be healthy for the regular season. He averages 47.1 yards per game over his career and can help with the development of rookie QB Bryce Young who already has a beat-up WR room.
