The Arizona Cardinals have claimed TE Elijah Higgins off of waivers.

Fantasy Impact: Higgins was waived by the Dolphins yesterday as the team trimmed the roster down to 53 players before the deadline. The 22-year-old could push for playing time down the road on a rebuilding Cardinals’ roster.
