Fantasy Impact: Moore certainly showed flashes in his rookie year before dealing with inconsistent usage and quarterback play in his second season. Moore is at worst the Browns WR3, with the potential to be the No.2 receiver by years end and beyond, depending on the status of Donovan Peoples-Jones. Moving to a new team with some questions at quarterback raises questions about his fantasy ceiling, but if he hits he’ll be a huge draft-day score for fantasy managers.
