Buffalo Bills wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders (foot) is officially active for Sunday’s Week 1 contest against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Fantasy Impact: As expected, Sanders will play in Week 1’s matchup against the Steelers. The 34-year-old dealt with a nagging foot injury and was in-and-out of practice throughout training camp. Sanders caught 61 passes for 726 yards and five touchdowns for the New Orleans Saints in 2020. The Bills are expected to sling it, but the veteran wideout is more of a deep-league option in his Buffalo debut. With Sanders active, Cole Beasley becomes a PPR flex while Gabriel Davis becomes a TD-dependent WR4. Fantasy managers can safely insert Sanders into their starting lineups for Week 1.
