George Kittle hauled in 1-of-2 targets for 21 yards in San Francisco’s Week 10 win over the Los Angeles Chargers.
Fantasy Impact: After a string of quality performances, Kittle put up a dud this week, as he returned to blocking duties. He was certainly instrumental in the high-powered rushing attack from the 49ers, resulting in the team’s fifth win of the season. Unfortunately, that does not translate to solid fantasy numbers for the All-Pro tight end. Kittle certainly has what it takes to produce monster stat lines throughout the season, though is simply not seeing sufficient volume in a crowded offense to serve as a strong TE1 for fantasy purposes. Perhaps he’ll be more involved in the team’s passing attack for Week 11 versus the Cardinals in Mexico City.
