Greg Dulcich goes without a catch in preseason opener

Second-year TE Greg Dulcich did not start and went without a catch in Friday’s preseason contest.

Fantasy Impact: TE Adam Trautman earned the start over Dulcich on Friday, something head coach Sean Payton had alluded to beforehand, stating that Dulcich had to develop as a blocker. Dulcich was productive as a rookie, catching 33 passes for 411 yards in just 10 games. Dulcich still saw time on the field, but it was mostly in two-TE sets and on third downs.
