Henry Ruggs III gained about 13 pounds this offseason. He made it a goal to get stronger in order to become a more physical player.
Fantasy Impact: Just last month, Jon Gruden claimed Ruggs looked much better than last season and wanted to get him more involved this season. After being the first WR taken in the 2020 draft over CeeDee Lamb, Jerry Jeudy, and Justin Jefferson, the young wideout faces criticism after catching just 26 passes for 452 yards and two touchdowns on the season. Gaining 13 pounds to be more physical is something fantasy manager should be ecstatic to hear. A true post-hype sleeper, if the plan to get him the ball more comes to fruition he could win a lot of leagues.
