Cincinnati Bengals TE Irv Smith Jr. is inactive for their Week 16 Saturday game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Fantasy Impact: Smith being inactive comes as a surprise, as he is a healthy scratch. The fourth-year TE has struggled in 2023, only catching 18 passes in 12 games. He has also fallen behind in the TE rotation, seeing less than 25% of the snaps in his last two games.
