Isaiah Coulter waived by Bills

According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, the Buffalo Bills waived WR Isaiah Coulter on Sunday as part of their 53-man cutdowns.

Fantasy Impact: Coulter is a 24-year-old receiver who was a fifth-round pick in 2020. The Rhode Island product has played in four games in his career, recording just one target which was incomplete. Coulter does not have experience on special teams which makes it harder for him to stick on rosters. He is being waived by the Bills, but he will probably clear waivers and sign with a team’s practice squad somewhere.
