Fantasy Impact: Likely was quiet on an afternoon where Lamar Jackson threw four touchdown passes. The rookie was coming off a productive Week 2 but it is apparent that he is not going to be a major part of the team’s gameplan most weeks, despite his potential. Likely should be on fantasy benches in Week 4 against the Bills.
