Isiah Pacheco (shoulder) undergoes surgery, could practice next week

Chiefs coach Andy Reid said Isaiah Pacheco had surgery on his shoulder and could be back at practice next week.

Fantasy Impact: It will be another week of Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Jerick McKinnon leading the Chiefs backfield on Sunday. CEH is a low-end RB2 while McKinnon is a risky flex play in PPR leagues this week.
