As the J.J. Watt sweepstakes continue, a new nugget of information has been dropped. Dianna Russini of ESPN reports that Watt has several offers on the table, including one that would pay him between $15 million and $16 million per year.
Fantasy Impact: It remains to be seen which teams have legitimate offers on the table, but the fact that Watt is being offered a deal worth more than his market value shows that there has been no shortage of interest. The 31-year-old was cut loose by Houston earlier this month after he requested his release. Contenders with cap space, such as the Dolphins and Browns, could be among the top suitors for the former first-round pick and five-time Pro Bowler.
