According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the New England Patriots are returning DB Jabrill Peppers on a two-year deal.
Fantasy Impact: Peppers played in all 17 games for the Patriots, starting five in his first season with the team. The versatile DB provides value on both defense and special teams. Peppers had 60 tackles and will enter his seventh NFL season at just 27.
