The Browns and Jacoby Brissett have agreed to terms to presumably serve as Deshaun Watson’s backup.
Fantasy Impact: Brissett has played 60 games in his NFL career and has started 37 of them, so he is familiar with the role Cleveland is asking of him. Assuming no hiccups occur with Watson’s contract and Baker Mayfield is able to be moved, the 29-year-old will serve as No. 2 on the depth chart.
