Jacoby Brissett and the Commanders have agreed to terms, per Dianna Russini.
Fantasy Impact: Brissett will provide the Commanders with a veteran option to backup and teach Sam Howell. The veteran made 11 starts for Cleveland in 2022, tallying 2,608 passing yards, 12 touchdowns, six interceptions, and completed 64% of his passes. Brissett could hold fantasy value if Howell struggles or misses any time during the season.
