Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni officially named Jalen Hurts the team’s starting quarterback on Tuesday afternoon.
Fantasy Impact: There was little doubt that Hurts would win the job after Joe Flacco struggled during camp and Gardner Minshew was a last-minute acquisition. Hurts impressed at the end of the 2020 season, completing 69 passes for 919 yards, five touchdowns, and three interceptions over four starts. He added 272 rushing yards, three rushing touchdowns, and six fumbles during this span, too. The 23-year-old ranks 11th among quarterbacks in the latest expert consensus draft rankings.
