Jamaal William carried the ball 20 times for 87 yards and two touchdowns on Sunday. He also added two catches for 20 yards through the air en rout to the Lions’ 28-24 loss to the Vikings.
Fantasy Impact: Williams once again saw the bulk of the work out of the backfield for the Lions. The team is likely being cautious with their star back in D’Andre Swift and thus Williams may continue to see fantasy relevance until Swift returns to his dominant healthier form. The 27-year-old is a FLEX option while Swift is not at full health, however once Swift returns to normal Williams will likely see a fall back into being nothing more than a high-end handcuff.
