Jameis Winston ‘the likely starter’ for Saints according to Ian Rapoport

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, QB Jameis Winston is “the likely starter” for the Saints in 2021.

Fantasy Impact: No deal has been struck, but the plan all along according to Rapoport was for the Saints to re-sign Winston to a contract extension in hopes of naming him the starting quarterback in 2021. With Drew Brees now officially retired, don’t be surprised to see a new contract for Winston announced in the near future.
