James Washington agrees to deal with Colts

According to the teams’ website, the Indianapolis Colts have signed WR James Washington to a deal.

Fantasy Impact: The signing comes a day after the team accounted Ashton Dulin will miss the entirety of the 2023 season with a torn ACL. Washington was a second-round pick by Pittsburgh in 2018 but never played up to the draft capital during his time as a Steeler. Other than 2019, Washington has not surpassed more than 400 yards in a season and has not caught a pass in two seasons. Time will tell if he can carve out a role on a WR-needy Colts team.
