JaMycal Hasty rushed for six yards on three carries and caught his only target for five yards in Jacksonville’s 27-20 win over the Raiders in Week 9.
Fantasy Impact: Hasty had another lackluster performance as the distant second to bell cow Travis Etienne Jr in Week 9, Hasty has taken over as Etienne’s spell back since James Robinson was traded to the Jets but has failed to replicate any of Robinson’s success, due in part to the fact that Etienne doesn’t leave much meat on the bone for anyone else in the Jacksonville backfield. Outside of Week 6 when he rattled off a 61-yard touchdown, Hasty has not done anything. He actually finished that game with 57 rushing yards despite rushing for 61 on his touchdown if that tells you anything about his effectiveness. Hasty remains irrelevant for fantasy purposes most weeks barring any kind of injury to Etienne and should only be rostered as a handcuff, if at all.
