Jard Goff, who is recovering from surgery to repair a broken thumb on his throwing hand, has thrown the ball well during practice this week and is “pushing to play,” sources told Ian Rapoport.
Fantasy Impact: Rapoport added that it remains a “challenging” situation and that John Wolford took the majoirty of snaps this week and is preparing to start against the Seahawks on Saturday. Goff is showing a lot of toughness by trying to play just two weeks after breaking his thumb and head coach Sean McVay is keeping his final decision close to the vest. Goff was listed as questionable as late as Thursday of this week but this latest report makes it sound as if Wolford will be the guy on Saturday. We likely won’t know for certain until just before kickoff.
