Jeff Okudah (ankle) not practicing Wednesday

Jeff Okudah remains out of Falcons’ practice due to an ankle injury.

Fantasy Impact: Okudah has been dealing with an ankle injury for a month now, but head coach Arthur Smith said the cornerback “is getting close” and that “it’s too early to rule him out” for Sunday’s season opener. The Falcons acquired Okudah – a former No. 3 overall pick – in the offseason from the Lions in exchange for a fifth-round selection.
