Jeremy Chinn has been ruled out for Week 9, per interim head coach Steve Wilks.
Fantasy Impact: Chinn has yet to be designated to return from injured reserve by the team. The Panthers’ safety has not played since Week 3 after suffering a hamstring injury. The team is hopeful they will get Chinn back in Week 10 against Atlanta.
