Jerome Ford carried the ball 10 times for 57 yards and a touchdown while adding four catches for 45 yards and another score in a 24-13 win over the Jaguars in Friday’s preseason game.
Fantasy Impact: Ford stole the show, scoring Cleveland’s only two offensive touchdowns, although he did lose a fumble. The fifth-round rookie out of Cincinnati is competing for a spot behind Nick Chubb, Kareem Hunt, and D’Ernest Johnson for the upcoming season, although he could move up the depth chart if Hunt winds up getting his wish of Cleveland trading him. Ford is an interesting name in deep dynasty leagues.
