Jimmy Garoppolo expected to be back for Week 8

Raiders QB Jimmy Garoppolo (back) is expected to be ready to play against the Lions in Week 8.

Fantasy Impact: Garoppolo has already been ruled out for Week 7 with the back injury that knocked him out of the Raiders’ win over New England. The Raiders will give the veteran the extra week to get healthy and have either rookie Aidan O’Connell or veteran Brian Hoyer make the start against the Bears.
