According to Adam Schefter, Jimmy Garoppolo is expected to be traded this offseason by the 49ers.

With Trey Lance, the 3rd overall pick in 2021, sitting behind Garoppolo, it seems the 49ers are ready to hand the keys to the young QB. It’s unclear where the exact landing spot for the veteran QB is, but it’s rumored that he wants to play for a winner. The Saints, Colts, Broncos, Buccaneers, and Panthers could all be in the market for a QB upgrade.
