Jimmy Garoppolo completed 29 of his 41 pass attempts for 296 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions in San Francisco’s Week 6 defeat to Atlanta. He added three carries for 11 yards.
Fantasy Impact: Garoppolo’s 296 yards accounted for a new season-high, though he threw two interceptions this week, after having just one through his first four weeks of the season. The team’s severely banged up defense certainly did not do any favors for Garoppolo and the offense, as they trailed nearly the entire game. He’ll continue to serve as a low-end QB2 option on fantasy rosters against the Chiefs for Week 7, where the passing attack should be on full display.
