49ers QB Jimmy Garoppolo is reportedly expected to have surgery on his shoulder, estimated to sideline him until July.
Fantasy Impact: Garoppolo sustained the injury in the Niners Wild Card win over the Cowboys. He is still expected to be traded, and the surgery is not expected to have an effect on his trade market, per Adam Schefter. Jimmy is hoping to resume throwing by July, at which time the expectation is he will be on a new roster. His rehab would be done through a new medical staff if he is traded, rumored to be within the next month.
